22 lbs in 21 days!!
Like many, I always like to read reviews on products before investing any time or money into it.  Most reviews are done within the first week of protocol, but you don't see many after they've completed it.  So, I decided to wait until I finished and give my honest feedback....Today was my first day in the Maintenance phase.  I have lost 22 lbs in 21 days.  Besides the weight loss (that includes inches as well), there are no words to describe the way I feel on it...the ENERGY is awesome!!! Yes, there were times it was very hard to stick to diet having to cook for family, going out, etc but if you do it just as the book says, you will see the results.  I look forward to the maintenance phase and continuing to eat clean without all the sugar cravings I had before.  I highly recommened Thin Spray to anyone who is looking for a jump start to a weight loss program to curb cravings and give you the clean slate you need to succeed.
